Step 1: Sign In
Go to www.timetorow.com and login using your username and password. This will bring you to our club calendar. You can access this site via a computer, cell phone, or any device with a web browser.
Step 2: Sign Up
Then all you have to do is click on a date and “Add me” to sign yourself up for a row!
N.B. If you are a cox, you also have the option to sign up as a cox, denoted by the icon.
Helpful Tips
● If more than six rowers sign up, you will see a waitlist of “extras” showing. These rowers will get upgraded in order of sign-up.
● All rows are available to all members, so please pay attention to the notes field and only sign up for rows that you are eligible for (e.g. do not jump on other regatta crew training sessions).
● Remember that coxes maintain the right to modify crew allocations for rows where multiple boats are going out. E.g. you may be assigned to Boat 2 on a SPBC Club Nite row at the cox’s discretion even if you signed up for Boat 1 on TimeToRow.
● Rows will appear colour-coded on the calendar.
● You can change from a Month view to a List view via the dropdown on the top right of the page (or by pressing M or L respectively on a computer).
